OUR VILLAS
Samani Bali Retirement Villas is a 23 villa complex located in Uluwatu, Bali. The community is designed exclusively for Australian and international retirees, featuring 2 bedroom villas with plunge pool, 150 square meter build, spacious gardens, maid/helper quarters, and modern fully equipped kitchen areas.
OUR SERVICES
We provide all of the custom services that you need to live your best life, whatever your unique needs. We don’t give you a one-size-fits-all package, or a tiny room in a nursing home. Instead we work with you as an individual, together crafting a custom plan that fits you, your lifestyle, concerns, and your budget.
OUR FACILITIES
Our complex is closed to motorised vehicles and is under 24 hour security. The only vehicles you’ll see inside are electric buggies that are at your disposal. Our public areas include a doctors office, cafe and spa, with front desk and nurses available 24/7. We have our own cars and drivers on standby, available for visits to the shops or the beach, doctors appointments at the nearby international hospitals, and airport pickup when family members come to visit.

Our basic package takes care of the yard and pool, as well public areas such as nurse’s station, cafe, security and transport. We can help with everything you need to move in including relocation services, your retirement visa, and setting you up with right professional specialists that you need to maintain your health and lifestyle. We also work with the best providers in the island to provide you ala carte services when you need them, from doctor and therapists visits, to island tours, and more.
